Therapy

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is based on the scientific model. All the strategies, tools and techniques that you will learn in therapy are based on evidence and there are experimental studies that support their effectiveness.

The approach is didactic. Much of who you are has to do with the learning you have done throughout your life, your experiences, the people you have interacted with, and even the place where you were born. But human beings can continue learning throughout our lives, without limits. My goal with therapy is that, when you leave, you have the feeling of having acquired new learning, tools to continue growing and improving.

It is normal that you come nervous on your first visit, or that you don't even know where to start. Don't worry about that, I will guide you until you find all the aspects that should be worked on. I try to make the therapeutic relationship close, welcoming and as warm as possible to promote the space of intimacy that you need to open up and encourage communication.
